A Note From The Royale Crown King:

To all of our loyal friends and customers from over the years:

Royale Crown is taking all the necessary precautions for your health and well-being in the days ahead — as well as the safety of our cherished staff — and here are some important things for you to know for the start of the season and beyond.

Until Further Notice:

Process changes

  • All orders must be made in advance on our online order site. If you’d prefer calling, our phone line will be open from 3p to 7:30p daily. If you get a busy signal, please keep trying or consider ordering online.

  • Please pay ahead with a credit card - no signature required.  To minimize contact, we’re cashless at the current time.

  • When picking up your order, we ask that you park and come up to our side window and tell us the first and last name on your order.

We are starting the season with a limited menu

  • At the present time, there will be no individual-size scoops, cones, shakes, floats or sundaes to maintain safe social distancing within the shop floor plan. We hope to offer our full menu later in the season.

  • We are currently offering our “ice cream for social distancing” fun packs, pints and quarts and ice cream cakes. 

Team Safety:

  • We are upholding the regulation of having a minimum of six-feet social distancing amongst our Royale Crown staff.

  • Only our staff will have access to the shop floor. Suppliers will be asked to deliver curbside.

  • Team members will be required to wear face masks and gloves at all times. Gloves will be changed at regular intervals.

  • We are mandating that any team member with any sign of illness remain at home — and we will be monitoring the temperatures of all staff at the start of their shifts.

  • We are requiring that all high-touch contact surfaces (door handles, checkouts and countertops, etc.) be cleaned and sanitized hourly with an industrial-strength antiseptic solution.

  • We are abiding by all state health guidelines and directives.
